My Story: Why I Built This for You (and Me)

The moment that changed everything: I realized I was asking God to remove something He designed me to feel. Suppressing those feelings didn’t set me free – it made me heavier.

I searched for something Scriptural, not pop psychology. I wanted something real. Nothing clicked. So, after years of learning, prayer, (and mistakes), I built the guide I wished I’d had. My background in Biblical studies and lived experience of emotional healing shaped every page.

I'm not a therapist. I'm a minister, an emotional release overcomer, and an advocate for everyone sitting in church feeling light on the outside and absolutely exhausted on the inside. I built this guide because I lived the problem — and I found a way through it.
